US Casinos
For U.S. online
gamblers these days, betting options are more limited than they used
to be. The good news is there are still a handful of regulated,
reputable offshore online casinos accepting bets from U.S. players
and successfully and safely processing financial transactions.

| Now that U.S. States are taking up
the reigns of enforcing their own laws regarding online gambling,
depending on where you live in the U.S., your selection of online
casinos will vary. Look in the "Excluded States" column in the chart
above to determine which casinos you are eligible to play at. If there
are no exclusions, all U.S. citizens are eligible to gamble there.
This is simply based on the policy of the online casino, since some
State laws are more explicit than others. Here amongst our selection
of U.S. online casinos, we feature sites that not only operate an open
door policy toward U.S. players, we ensure each of these casinos are
successfully doing so as well. In other words, just because an online
casino permits U.S. citizens to open accounts does not necessarily
mean they will be able to efficiently process financial transactions
on behalf of the player. The intent of the Unlawful Internet Gambling
Enforcement Act is to prevent U.S. citizens from gambling at internet
betting sites (aside from carve-out protected U.S. horseracing and
fantasy sports betting sites). The way in which the government seeks
to implement this is by blocking financial transactions; hence, the Neteller shakedown.
At this stage, all third party payment processors
have been taken out of the picture. The way in which the above online
casinos are now successfully processing transactions by U.S. players
are by one of three ways - credit cards, bank wires and checks. All
three of these methods can be used to efficiently and safely make
deposits and withdrawals at all of the U.S. facing online casinos
listed above. While credit cards are by far the fastest method, bank
wires (which take a few business days) and checks (taking up to two
weeks) can be used to fund accounts and receive payouts if credit card
transactions happen to be declined.
U.S. players who are actively
gambling at legitimate online casinos advise to first open an account
online and attempt to make a deposit with a valid credit card. If the
credit card does not go through, players are advised to make a bank
wire while logged into the software platform, which is explained and
facilitated in the Cashier, or to contact customer service for the
processing of deposits over the telephone or by email. |
